About Me!

Hi! My name is Dorian.  As an artist, I primarily like to use theatre to connect to others and nurture a sense of understanding between myself, my collaborators, and the audience.  My favorite kind of work to do typically either dives into the connections between characters, or goes over the top with campy satirical comedies that have a more cartoonish feel (I'm a sucker for a horror comedy).

In a wider scope, I have a deep love and curiosity towards the world around me- science (especially paleontology), nature, folklore, you name it! I enjoy hiking, painting, drag, and all things fantasy. I try to get out and adventure as much as I can, and hopefully take some of that back to the stage each time. In my love for the natural world, I work as an educator at the Michigan Science Center doing live demonstrations, planetarium voiceover, and teaching labs and creative engineering activities.
